Teal Sundaze Return Policy

At Teal Sundaze, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return items within 10 days of delivery. If a mistake or error was made by us, we will immediately take action to fix the issue at no cost to you.

How to Return

1. Eligibility: Returns must be requested within 10 days from the delivery date of your item(s). Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
2. Process: Contact us at hello@tealsundaze.com to request a return. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
3. Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Again, if a mistake or error was made by us, we will immediately take action to fix the issue at no cost to you.

Exclusions

• Personalized or custom items are non-returnable.
• Items purchased at more than 40% off of retail price.
• Final sale items.
• Digital downloads or files.
